To establish an account, you can sign up online through our website or by calling us at 215-345-6069. If you do sign up online, we will call you to schedule the initial delivery and confirm your order information.
Our staff determines when we are in your area
Once Eagles Peak determines the dates we are in your area, we call you with your first scheduled delivery date, and also send you a printed route calendar with your delivery dates for the current year. If you are not home on your regularly scheduled date, do not worry! Simply leave your bottles outside, and your driver will exchange your empties.
Your first delivery
To make sure you are home to receive the initial delivery, Eagles Peak can schedule our first visit at a time and day that is convenient for you. A friendly member of our delivery staff will set up the cooler in your desired spot in your home, and you can let him or her know where you would like your bottles exchanged.
Eagles Peak notifies you prior to each delivery by text and/or email
To help you remember to put out your empties, we can text your cellphone and/or email you prior to delivery, letting you know that we will be making a delivery. If you want to skip a delivery or adjust your delivery quantity, you can contact us by calling our customer service staff at 215-345-6069, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or leave a note for the driver.
